Video: Hoosier Wander(er) Snakes in the Park

Yes, snakes! Some people go to national parks to see apex predators like bears, wolves, and mountain lions. In Indiana, we don’t have any of those—but we do have snakes.

While some people would never like to see a snake, I’d love to see them. And one place in Indiana you can spot snakes is Brown County State Park. In this episode of the Hoosier Wander(er), I visit with Eli Major, BCSP interpretive naturalist, to search for snakes—venomous and nonvenomous.
