Cason Family Park

Description

West Lafayette hasn’t built a new park since the 80s. So they knew they wanted something extra special for the 30 acres at Cason Family Park. With the historic Morris Schoolhouse serving as a key focal point, the park also will feature a pond for boating and fishing, paved and unpaved trails, an outdoor classroom, a pavilion, a boathouse, and several shelters. The park, which will prioritize forest restoration, also will host five themed playgrounds. Utilizing the BoT (Build, Operate, Transfer) approach, we are working directly with the owner and architect to bring West Lafayette’s vision to life.
