Project Engineer
Three summers building family homes sparked Sam Medlen’s love for construction. Through Ball State University’s construction management program, he started to feel the pull of larger, commercial projects. Sam came to RLTurner as an intern and is now a project engineer, bringing life to amenities that benefit entire communities.
