Carlie started her career at RLTurner as an intern. Later, while still a student at Ball State University, Carlie balanced her Construction Management classes while working as a project engineer. Before enrolling at BSU, she spent many summers alongside her dad remodeling homes. Continuing her dedication to hard work, she’s already played a key role in landing CMc (Construction Manager as constructor) projects for RLTurner.
