Belly Cargo Expansion

Description

We built a 20,000 square-foot warehouse, specifically a precast building with PEMB system, and comprising five individual bays, each divided by fencing. We also constructed office spaces in each bay with an open warehouse in the back. Each bay had its own overhead doors with loading docks and ramps. These bays handle different airline’s “belly” cargo, which is delivered to the bays or stored there and taken out to runways when needed. Because of this, we had to adhere to and enforce Indianapolis International Airport’s strict security guidelines.
