Description

Zionsville’s guiding design principle is that it is a town within a park. That philosophy of embracing its natural surrounding is encapsulated in Elm Street Green. The park draws residents from Zionsville’s brick-lined downtown to Elm Street’s natural surroundings effortlessly and seamlessly. We brought this concept to life following the natural contours of the land and adding elegantly simple amenities, including two gazebos, a walking path, a play area, and a gateway to Eagle Creek.
