Our company, Meticulous Design + Architecture, recently had the pleasure of working with R.L. Turner on the renovation of Brook Park Elementary School for the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township. We as a firm had the privilege of working closely with the very capable and experienced team at R.L. Turner, who made the entire experience flow seamlessly as we collaborated to provide a superior project and product to the client, from start to finish. To those that are considering R.L. Our design team was hired by MSDLT to provide design services for the renovation of several elementary schools within the district and we interacted concurrently with more than one contractor on these projects. Once we started the renovation work at Brook Park, we knew that the construction was in good hands. Through regular communication, written and verbal, as well as bi-weekly progress meetings, R.L. Turner effectively kept everyone up-to-date and on the same page. The schedule was maintained and opportunities for time and cost savings were constantly presented to the team. R.L. Turner was responsive and proactive in addressing any questions and concerns that arose.

The Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township engaged the services of RLTurner Corporation as our Construction Management Contractor. They have produced and met all expectations and provided excellent service for our district.

As our facilities Construction Management Team, they created an atmosphere of trust, and this allowed the projects to be completed as desired without disruption occurring in the organization.

RLTurner’s focus and leadership on these projects has also allowed me to focus on areas that required more of my direct involvement with education, funding, and personnel development.

In the late fall of 2014, RLTurner was awarded a $2 million contract for the renovation of our community pool. The pool was first opened in 1961 and had not had a major renovation in fifty-four years. This was a very extensive renovation.

Work started in mid- October with the intention of opening the second week of June. The winter of 2015 was one of the coldest in recent memory. RLTurner was on the job every day, doing something to advance the project and on June 16, 2015, we opened.

Projects of this magnitude always bring the unexpected. RLTurner was very fair with pricing for additional work. They even suggested ways to improve upon the original design, often times reducing the original contract amount. Adam Owens, the Project Manager, and Lee Ledbetter, the Foreman were excellent to work with, always keeping us informed.

The City of Wabash has been very pleased with the project and RLTurner has been prompt in attending to any issues during the warranty period. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR SIMILAR PROJECTS

The guys did finish and everything looks good. They did a great job with very little inconvenience. I really appreciate RLT’s reaction to this job as it came quite quickly with little warning. IT’S GREAT TO BE ABLE TO PARTNER WITH A COMPANY I CAN COMPLETELY RELY ON TO PERFORM, AS ALWAYS.

RLTurner did a great job on this project with on-site communication between superintendent Nic Staton, who was efficient with Rick Holmes (QPH Foreman. SSI was called to give a bid for lead paint removal. The project conditions for my scope of work were told over the phone and in good detail. AFTER A VISIT TO THE JOB SITE WE WERE AWARDED THE PROJECT and with your superintendents help all went as planned and we made a profit
