With an engineering degree in hand, Robert L. Turner (Bob) began with a small savings of $1,000, his work truck and a box full of tools. He started out alone on small residential and commercial renovations. However, Bob’s intentions were fixed on being a successful General Contractor. His focus set on quality, service, honesty, safety, and building relationships. We continue to build upon his vision and deliver the client construction services that meet their building challenges. We recognize the importance of team and the impact each employee makes to contribute to our success as a company and the successful completion of the project we build for you.

Greg Turner - President | CEO
Greg began his construction career at RLTurner in ’87 as a "hands-on field laborer" cleaning up job sites. Since graduating Purdue University in '94 he worked his way through the various operational positions as a superintendent and project manager to further enhance his understanding of construction components, leadership, and the true value in a team and building partnerships.
Jim Gann - Chief Financial Officer
Jim oversees all accounting/financial operations, as well as, our human resource department. He further evaluates and ensures all accounting practices and processes will meet the needs of each unique client.
Kenny Pinkerton - Manager Safety & Training
Kenny administers RLTurner's Corporate Safety and Training programs. His key role is to monitor and assist Project Management & Supervision to enforce our programs and implement setup of each project's "site-specific" safety program.
Kevin Sullivan - Chief Estimator
Having served as a Field Engineer, Project Manager, Pre-Construction Director, and Estimator (since 1981), Kevin has literally done it all! He will also tell you"I've seen it all!" Kevin develops a comprehensive bid strategy and cost analysis in coordination with Operations for labor requirements and means and methods to perform each project.
Kevin McNabb - Manager of Field Operations
Literally, Kevin is the hub of Operations, he manages all aspects of the field crew and supervision. Through effective and consistent communications and coordination with the project team, he ensures we meet critical objectives within the schedule and budget. Further, he ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction in Quality.
Norb Stransky - Senior Project Manager
Norb has over 40 years of construction experience. Although his largest project, a 44-story high-rise, Norb's primary specialty is Life Sciences and Higher Education. Because of his diverse project experience, knowledge, and that he's simply a nice guy, he also assists with relationship building within Business Development!
Dan Newberry - Senior Project Manager
Dan has a BS in Civil Engineering (Purdue) and MBA (ISU) along with 20+ years of construction experience! His background includes all aspects of construction methods including Construction Management, Design-Build, and General Contractor services on projects upwards of $50MM+
Kevin Kendall - Project Manager
Kevin has 19 years of construction experience and is considered one of our best communicators! Kevin has experience in various markets, although his specialty leans more towards the Educational market from K thru 12 to Higher Ed.
Adam Owens - Project Manager
Don't let the youth fool you, Adam is a real go-getter! Having interned with RLTurner before graduating from Ball State in Construction Management, we recognized the talent and kept him on! He has since successfully completed many projects in the Educational, Recreational & Aquatics and Infrastructure markets.
